The following are important information that may help answer your questions before visiting the clinic.

어떠한 메디컬 요청(약 리필, 이미징 요청, 닥터노트 등)도 이메일을 통해 이루어질 수 없습니다

Any medical related requests (prescription refill, imaging inquiry, doctors note) cannot be made via email. Please visit the clinic.

전화진료는 수요일, 목요일에만 저희 환자로 등록되신 분들에게 제공됩니다.

Telehealth is only available for our registered patients on Wednesdays and Thursdays

워크인 진료는 예약이 불가합니다.

Walk-in patients are not able to book future appointments. Please come to the clinic on the day you wish to see the doctor.

전화 문의는 받지 않습니다. 이메일(moa@drrlee.ca)로 통해 문의 바랍니다.

We do not answer phone calls due to extremely high volume of inquiries. Please contact us via email at moa@drrlee.ca for any questions.

처방전 리필이 필요한 경우, 진료 시 복용 중인 약 이름을 알려주세요.

If you require a refill of your prescription, please let the doctor know the name of the medication.

모든 예약 변경 및 취소는 약속 시간 24시간 내에 이루어져야 합니다. 예약 불참 시 $50의 벌금이 발생되며 (첫 2예약), 3번 째 불참부터 $75의 벌금이 발생됩니다.

Any cancellation of appointment must be completed at the latest 24 hours before the time of appointment. This is to ensure other patients have a chance to book within the 24 hours. There is a $50 penalty for your first and second late cancellation, and $75 penalty for any future late cancellations.

의료 관련 질문이 있는 경우, 클리닉에 방문하여 Dr. Lee를 만나셔야 합니다. 이메일을 보내거나 전화하지 마십시오.

If you have any medical related questions, you must visit the clinic to consult with Dr. Lee. Please do not call or email.
